FAQ

First things first, we'll start with a free consultation to determine your design needs (and if we'll make great collaborators). This can be done over email, phone call, or video call.
Once all information is shared about the project, I get started on your first proof and we work back and forth from there.
Timelines for projects vary. The more changes requested during the proofing process, the longer a project takes to approve.
Once the design is approved, I then request payment. (An invoice can be sent if needed)
Once payment is received, I release your final files in the file formats you require. (All sent over email)
Payment is accepted through e-transfer.
I wiIl accept a cheque in certain circumstances, but this prolongs the timeline. As final files are not released until payment has been accepted, and cheques would need to be mailed.
I currently am not set-up to charge credit cards, and cannot accept them as a form of payment.
